Weekday: Monday - Wednesday rates are $250/hour (3hr MIN)

Weekend: Thursday - Sunday packages start at $1,400 

Weekend dates are available for 6,or 8 hour slots ONLY 

Full Day Rentals are available. 

All booking includes set up & breakdown

· Venue lighting setup (LED colors)

· Basic décor package (tablecloths, cloth napkins, centerpieces)

· On-site event staff (Assist with set-up/breakdown)

Extended Hours $250/hr *Additional time may be added but not guaranteed

*All Rentals are subject to a $150 cleaning fee

Our comprehensive design process covers every aspect of your event. We design all types of special events, from private parties to grand openings, birthday celebrations, family reunions, baby showers, bridal luncheons, or virtually any celebration you have in mind. We also design the room layout, color scheme, textures and patterns, floral selections, and furnishings. We take the stress out of event planning and allow you to attend and celebrate with your guests.

Our Event Planning service/ event designs include:

  • Sourcing for DJ, Floralist, and Balloon artist

  • Curating your entire event including Decor and Design Services (based on individual requirements. Custom quotes are available).

    • Stationery items

    • Table Linens

    • Centerpieces

    • Event Lighting

    • Room Design & Layout

    • Custom Furnishings, Decor, & Accessories

    • Custom Menu

    • Seating Charts

More Important Information 

  • A $400 refundable damage deposit is required 30 days before your event. The deposit will be refunded after the venue is inspected, within 72 hours after the event.

  • A 50% non-refundable booking retainer and a signed agreement are required to reserve a date.

  • If alcohol will be served at your event, a licensed security officer and licensed bartender are required. The cost will vary depending on the time of the event and the number of guests. * THE LICENSE MUST BE VERIFIED. 

  • Capacity: Seated: 160 Standing: 220

  • Holiday Pricing will vary; please inquire.
